Bestv is a CRM platform that enables a TV subscription sales team to better operate thanks to its AI-powered technology. The platform has multi-level administration allowing multiple roles to work simultaneously and effectively.

The Challenge
Our challenge in designing the Bestv CRM was to identify the main pain points of the users while utilizing their old sales platform and design a digital solution that is better and easy for the user to use.

The Solution
Research is where it all started, we looked at the competitor's digital designs and also looked at how we could solve the issue listed in the challenge above. In 3 months, we researched deeply, iterated quickly, went through several challenges, and successfully designed the Bestv CRM Platform with many more features and insights than their old platform.

Low Fidelity Screens
After considering the features and overall functionality, we designed the platform's template. We transformed our data into wireframe structures known as low fidelity screens and further refined the information architecture screen by screen.

We developed a thoughtful Design System that can replicate elements quickly while keeping consistency across the product. We designed it in an atomic and scalable form, which allowed the entire product team to work and cooperate easily.
