Fidelis is a loyalty program mobile app that aims to take the traditional paper loyalty cards to a new digital level. Users are able to customize their digital cards, add new ones and search for stores all online.

The Challenge
Our challenge in designing the Fidelis App was to identify the main pain points of the users while utilizing their paper cards when shopping and design a digital solution that is better and easy for the user to use.

The Solution
Research is where it all started, we looked at the competitors digital designs and also looked at how we could solve the issue listed in the challenge above. In 5 months, we researched deeply, iterated quickly, went through several challenges and successfully designed the Fidelis App with many more features that the paper cards could ever offer, while maintaining the old familiar feeling that the paper have.

Low Fidelity Screens
After considering the features involved and the overall functionality, we designed the template of the website. We transformed our data into wireframe structures known as low fidelity screens and further refined the information architecture screen by screen.

Design System
We developed a thoughtful Design System that it is able to replicate elements quickly while keeping consistency across the product. We designed it in an atomic and scalable form, which allowed the entire product team to work and cooperate easily.

High Fidelity and Prototype
