Hana is an AI-Powered chat bot that can be integrated into multiple other platforms and websites. Hana allows their users to create and manage custom chat flows with which their customers can interact. The platform also allows users to visualize the data and performance of multiple AI-Powered bots created over different periods. It also offers a history of all interactions that occurred within the bot.

Research is where it all started, we looked at the competitor's digital designs and also looked at how we could solve the issue listed in the challenge above. In 3 months, we researched deeply, iterated quickly, went through several challenges, and successfully designed Hana’s platform with many more features and insights than their standard platform.

After considering the features and overall functionality, we designed the platform's template. We transformed our data into wireframe structures known as low fidelity screens and further refined the information architecture screen by screen.

We developed a thoughtful Design System that can replicate elements quickly while keeping consistency across the product. We designed it in an atomic and scalable form, which allowed the entire product team to work and cooperate easily.
