Hypay is a payment intermediary for online stores hosted primarily on Instagram and Facebook. Their main goal is to facilitate users interaction with their online stores.

The Challenge
Our challenge in designing the Hypay platform was to identify the main pain points of the users while interacting with their online stores and determine where we should focus our efforts to get the most effective result.

The Solution
Research is where it all started, we looked at the competitors digital designs and also looked at how we could solve the issue listed in the challenge above. In 2 months, we researched deeply, iterated quickly, went through several challenges and successfully designed a dashboard that allowed the users to interact and manage their stores with ease.

Low Fidelity Screens
After considering the features involved and the overall functionality, we designed the template of the website. We transformed our data into wireframe structures known as low fidelity screens and further refined the information architecture screen by screen.

Design System
We developed a thoughtful Design System that it is able to replicate elements quickly while keeping consistency across the product. We designed it in an atomic and scalable form, which allowed the entire product team to work and cooperate easily.

High Fidelity and Prototype
