MedNow is a platform designed to simplify the process of managing and scheduling medical appointments. The platform allows users to easily find medical specialists and book appointments, as well as communicate with them through the platform.

The Challenge
One of the biggest challenges when designing MedNow was creating a seamless and user-friendly experience for users who might not be comfortable with technology, while also providing the necessary tools and features to make the platform useful and effective.

The Solution
To overcome these challenges, we conducted extensive user research and created user personas to help us understand the needs and pain points of our target audience. We also worked closely with medical specialists to ensure that the platform would meet their needs and requirements. Our design process involved multiple rounds of user testing and feedback, which allowed us to refine and improve the platform until it met the needs of both users and medical specialists.

Low Fidelity Screens
To design low fidelity screens, we used wireframing tools such as Sketch and Figma. These tools allowed us to quickly and easily create a basic layout for the platform without getting bogged down in details such as color and typography. We then used these wireframes to conduct user testing and get feedback on the overall layout and functionality of the platform.

Design System
To design a design system, we first established a set of design principles that would guide our design decisions throughout the project. We then created a library of reusable UI components such as buttons, forms, and icons. These components were designed to be flexible and easily customizable, allowing us to maintain a consistent design language across the platform while also allowing for some variation in style and layout.

High Fidelity and Prototype
To design high fidelity screens, we started by refining the wireframes based on user feedback and our design principles. We then added color, typography, and other visual details to create a polished and visually appealing interface. We also used animations and other interactive elements to make the platform feel more engaging and user-friendly. We conducted additional user testing to ensure that the high fidelity screens met the needs and expectations of our target audience.
