Portiko project is related to a real estate application. Their main goal is to remove limitations in the communication between seller, buyer and third parties in the purchase of a real estate.

The Challenge
Our challenge in building the Portiko app was to identify the main pain points of the multiple users and determine where we should focus our efforts to get the most effective result without increasing the complexity of the product.

The Solution
Research is where it all started, we looked at the competitors digital designs and also looked at how we could solve the issue listed in the challenge above. In 9 months, we researched deeply, iterated quickly, went through several challenges and successfully developed features that facilitated communication between parties in an autonomous way, allowing users to avoid possible social blocks and then facilitating the negotiation.

Low Fidelity Screens
After considering the features involved and the overall functionality, we designed the template of the website. We transformed our data into wireframe structures known as low fidelity screens and further refined the information architecture screen by screen.

Design System
We developed a thoughtful Design System that it is able to replicate elements quickly while keeping consistency across the product. We designed it in an atomic and scalable form, which allowed the entire product team to work and cooperate easily.

High Fidelity and Prototype
After several rounds of iterations of design and research for the development of the project, we created the prototype version of Portiko App, with powerful visuals that communicates the product values and goals.
