SwiftComply is a SaaS that offers compliance management solutions for numerous water utilities across the US and Canada. Their goal is to help cities to modernize their operations and future-proof their compliance programs against the changing regulatory landscape.

Research is where it all started. We looked at the competitor's digital designs and how we could solve the issue listed in the challenge above. In 3 months, we researched deeply, iterated quickly, overcame several challenges, and successfully redesigned some of SwiftComply’s main products. We made sure to tackle the accessibility issue of the platform by following the WCAG 2 guidelines for users with visual disabilities.

After considering the features involved and the overall functionality, we designed the template of the website. We transformed our data into wireframe structures known as low-fidelity screens and further refined the information architecture screen by screen.

We developed a thoughtful Design System that can replicate elements quickly while keeping consistency across the product. We designed it in an atomic and scalable form, which allowed the entire product team to work and cooperate efficiently.
