Synchromedics is a digital healthcare SaaS provider dedicated to enhancing data information and CRM capabilities for hospitals and clinics. Their mission is to assist healthcare facilities in elevating their operational efficiency and optimizing patient care through innovative digital solutions.

Our journey began with thorough research, delving into the digital designs of our competitors. Our focus was set on addressing the challenge outlined above, and over the course of three intensive months, we embarked on an in-depth exploration. Rapid iterations were a key component of our process, allowing us to swiftly navigate and conquer numerous obstacles. Through perseverance and innovation, we achieved a remarkable redesign of several core products within Synchromedics.

Upon generating a comprehensive understanding of the involved features and the overarching functionalities, our team formulated the initial template for the website. To facilitate this process, we translated our accumulated data into rudimentary wireframe structures, often referred to as low-fidelity screens. This approach allowed us to visually pinpoint optimal locations for integrating the data while enhancing the overall organizational coherence.

We crafted an intentional Design System that enabled Synchromedics to expedite the creation of screens while maintaining cohesiveness throughout the product. This system was devised in an atomic and scalable manner, fostering seamless collaboration and productivity across the entirety of the product team. Our design system played a pivotal role in aiding Synchromedics to construct their screens effectively.
